This automatic packaging series have stable performance and wide usage which can wrap several types

of products on one machine. Since it operates in high speed, its stability and strength are very important,

otherwise it will have less durability, worse packing precision, more machine break-down and less qualified rate.

Where the food contacting surface is using stainless steel, this machine’s main body, which weights about 1200kg,

is welded together with 12mm-thick steel plates. So it can run steadily in high speed and last a long time. It is an economic and practical packing machine.

■ Using servo motor control to achieve step-less speed changing and dynamic adjusting during operation.

■ Large colored touch screen displays all data. It also can store the product-menu. When changing products,

bag length and material supplying position can be adjusted automatically.

■ With photo-cell detecting the color mark and dual-tracing system, this machine can effectively eliminate any packing error,

thus promises a high qualified finished product rate.

■ New type vertical sealing design makes the seal below normal temperature (about 80 degree) thus raises

the packing speed and reduces the film burning problems.

■ Adjustable bag former and pitches enable the change of packing products more conveniently,

thus makes this machine suitable for multiple usages.

■ Timing-belt and timing sprocket drive runs quietly in high speed.
